j'essaye de valider mon site aux normes w3c , et il me reste 18 erreurs du genre ......"always"></embed>  l'erreur est ">< comment là corrigé ?

pour les anglophone voici ce que me dit le validateur :

    * incorrect use of the "Strict" document type with a document that uses frames (e.g. you must use the "Frameset" document type to get the "<frameset>" element),

    * by using upper-case tags in XHTML (in XHTML attributes and elements must be all lower-case).
